DRIVER GRATUITY
A driver's gratuity is not included in our rates. If you enjoy our service, please feel free to show your gratitude by giving the driver a 20% suggested gratuity. Our drivers pay for the gas and setups out of their own pockets.
NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS
All no-show and late cancellations will be billed the following charges. Airport charters $50. Monday-Thursday charters $100. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday charters $150. Cancellations must be made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellations charges: Minimum of 4 hour notice prior to pickup time for airport transfer. Minimum of 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled pickup time during Monday through Thursday charters. Minimum of 72 hours notice for Friday thru Sunday charters. Reservations for proms, New Years Eve and other special events, must be secured by a non-refundable deposit.
